Risk-Free Guarantee

GreenIVe is happy to over a 30-day satisfaction guarantee to all our customers. 

1. Simply place an order, and once you receive that order, you have 30 days to try our product.

2. If you have any concerns, talk to our customer service team, who can handle any questions.

3. If, at any time, up to 30 days after purchase, you are not satisfied with any of the products you purchased for any reason, just reach out to us, and we will help get your return started.

Terms and Conditions

  • Limited to one refund per product.
  • The customer will be responsible for paying for the return label. 
  • The customer will be refunded once the product has arrived safely back into our possession. 
  • Any abuse of this offer, as determined by GreenIVe, may result in the rescission of the risk-free trial. 

How To Return A Product

To return a product, contact us (support@greenivecbd.com) and submit a return request. If the item you received is defective or damaged, we will request pictures of the damaged products before returning or refunding. When returning your product, please mail the product(s) back with a copy of your invoice or order number enclosed and a refund will be issued when the item is received. You are responsible for paying for the return shipment. You can mail your return to:

Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method. You will be sent a refund notification email when the refund is issued.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable): Refunds can take up to 7 business days to clear with your bank. If you haven’t received a refund, check your bank account again. If 7 business days have passed, and you still have not received your refund, don't hesitate to contact us at support@greenivecbd.com.

Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email info@zatural.com, and we will work with you depending on the situation. 

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs to return your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
